Description
- Setting: Elementary School
- School Year: 2026-2027
- Schedule: Monday-Friday
- Hours: Up to 40 hrs/week (paid only for hours worked)
- Duration: Approximately 23 weeks
- License: Active Oregon SLP License required
Caseload Details
- Elementary school students
- No Medicaid billing responsibilities
- No case management duties
- Focus primarily on speech and language therapy services
Typical SLP Responsibilities
- Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Provide individual and group speech therapy sessions.
- Monitor student progress and maintain treatment documentation.
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents.
- Attend IEP meetings and provide recommendations.
- Support students with articulation, language delays, autism spectrum disorders, and communication disorders.
- Maintain compliance with state and school district regulations.
Candidate Requirements
✅ Active Oregon SLP License
✅ School-based or pediatric experience preferred
✅ Experience with elementary-age students
✅ Strong documentation and communication skills

I have been attempting to reach them for over a month with absolutely no response! They lose paperwork (tests, immunizations, background checks and fingerprints) resulting in even more lost work.
