This position offers a balanced caseload and an excellent opportunity for both experienced therapists and motivated new graduates interested in transitioning into a permanent role.</p><p> </p><h3><strong>Patient Population &amp; Caseload</strong></h3><ul><li><strong>8–12 patients per day</strong></li><li>Primarily <strong>adult neuro and orthopedic patients</strong></li><li>Mix of <strong>inpatient and outpatient services</strong></li></ul><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans</li><li>Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions</li><li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members</li><li>Educate patients and families on treatment and recovery plans</li><li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation</li></ul><h3><strong>Systems &amp; Charting</strong></h3><ul><li><strong>Outpatient:</strong> Net Health / Redoc</li><li><strong>Inpatient:</strong> CPSI / Thrive</li></ul><h3><strong>Requirements</strong></h3><ul><li><strong>At least 1 year of PT experience preferred</strong></li><li><strong>New graduates welcome</strong> if interested in a <strong>temp-to-perm pathway</strong></li><li>Active <strong>Physical Therapist license</strong> (DC) or eligible</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills<br /><br /><strong>WILL TAKE LOCAL AS WELL</strong>. </li></ul>
