Description
Experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of recent Operating Room (OR) nursing experience - Required
- Perioperative nursing experience including pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care - Required
- Experience caring for patients across all age groups - Required
- Knowledge and application of AORN standards - Required
- PACU experience - Preferred
- National Certification in Surgery or PACU - Preferred
License
- Active Alaska Registered Nurse (RN) License - Required
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an NLN-approved nursing program - Required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) - Preferred
Certifications
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - Required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - Required
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - Preferred
- CNOR or PACU Certification - Preferred
EMR
- EMR experience - Preferred

They were really quick about getting me a contract.
Cons
Staff constantly switched. My documents weren't sent to the school, resulting in a months lost pay. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get on touch with anyone to answer questions. I have been attempting to reach them for over a month with absolutely no response! They lose paperwork (tests, immunizations, background checks and fingerprints) resulting in even more lost work.
