Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day laboratory operations.
- Partner with the Laboratory Director on policies and procedures.
- Oversee laboratory staff, workflows, quality, and compliance.
- Support testing services for inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department specimens.
Required Qualifications
✅ 5+ years of clinical laboratory experience
✅ 2+ years of laboratory leadership/management experience
✅ ASCP, AMT, or equivalent Medical Laboratory Scientist certification
✅ Epic Beaker proficiency (Required)
✅ Kronos/UKG proficiency (Required)
✅ Hospital laboratory experience preferred

Cons
Staff constantly switched. My documents weren't sent to the school, resulting in a months lost pay. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get on touch with anyone to answer questions. I have been attempting to reach them for over a month with absolutely no response! They lose paperwork (tests, immunizations, background checks and fingerprints) resulting in even more lost work.
