Location: Bogalusa, Louisiana
Facility: Our Lady of the Angels Hospital
Health System: Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System

Duration: 13 weeks (July 13, 2026 – October 4, 2026)

Position Overview
Our Lady of the Angels Hospital is seeking a skilled and dedicated Travel Physical Therapist (PT) to join the IPOP Therapy Unit. This role focuses on providing high-quality patient care, evaluating and treating individuals to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function in an outpatient therapy environment.
Schedule
- Shift: Monday–Friday
- Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Weekly Hours: 40 hours (overtime applicable after 40 hours)
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve strength, mobility, and function
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Document patient progress and adjust plans as needed
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and at-home exercises
- Maintain compliance with facility policies and clinical standards
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license (or eligibility in Louisiana)
- Experience in outpatient or IPOP therapy preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
