·         Number of Beds – 285 bed Level 2 Trauma Center, 16 bed Inpatient rehab unit

·         Number of Staff –  14

·         Type of staff:

o    Day Shift – 11 acute care OT, 4 Rehab OT

o    Night Shift - NA

·         Patient Ratios – Acute 12:1, rehab 4-5:1

·         Type of equipment – All normal rehab supplies

·         EMR – Meditech

Must have:  candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

·          Licensed occupational therapist

·          

Preferred or nice to have:  candidates with these skills will be considered first.

·          Acute care/ rehab experience

·
