Job Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy treatments per physician orders
Document patient progress and treatment outcomes
Collaborate with PTs, SLPs, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members
Educate patients, families, and caregivers
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations

Required Qualifications

Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Active BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
