Travel Registered Nurse – Emergency Room (ER) | Nights
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) for a travel assignment at a 233-bed Acute Care Hospital. This is a fast-paced Emergency Department serving adult and pediatric patients in a Stroke and STEMI Certified facility.
Assignment Details
- Shift: Nights – 3x12 Hours
- Schedule: 5:45 PM – 6:15 AM
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours Per Week
- Weekend Requirement: Every 3rd Weekend
- Night shift weekends may be Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday based on unit rotation
- On-Call Requirement: None
- Block Scheduling: Not Available
- Floating: May float within facility needs and scope of practice
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room experience
- Previous travel nursing experience required
- Experience managing a 1:4 patient ratio
- Epic charting experience required
- First-time travelers not accepted
Required Certifications
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- NIHSS
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
Preferred Certifications
- CPI
- TNCC
