Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Long Term Care (LTC)

Location: Humansville, MO
Start Date: 08/17/2026
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Days | Monday–Friday | 35 Hours Guaranteed Weekly
Setting: Long Term Care / Rehabilitation

Job Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
Develop individualized treatment plans
Perform assessments and document patient progress
Provide patient and family education
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Complete discharge planning and documentation
Maintain compliance with ASHA and state practice standards

Requirements:
Active Missouri SLP LicenseCCC-SLP Certification Required
Minimum 1 year of SLP experience
LTC or Rehabilitation experience required
New graduates accepted with qualifying Level II clinical experience
Ability to provide at least one professional reference at submission
