Job Description – Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Location: Statesboro, GA 30459
Setting: Outpatient Behavioral Health
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Start Date: July 13, 2026
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (40 hours/week)

Position Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a 13-week outpatient assignment in Statesboro, Georgia. The clinician will provide assessment, counseling, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and case management services to clients in an outpatient behavioral health setting. Candidates with crisis stabilization or crisis unit experience are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and group counseling services.
• Perform crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and community resources.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Support clients in achieving treatment goals and improving overall well-being.
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations.

Requirements

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical social work experience preferred.
• Experience working with crisis units, crisis stabilization, or acute behavioral health populations strongly preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Updated resume and cover letter required for submission.
