RN – Emergency Room (Night Shift) | Fairfield, IA

Now Hiring: ER RN for a contract opportunity in Iowa!

Location: Fairfield, Iowa
Facility: Jefferson County Health Center
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Start Date: July 6, 2026
Shift: Nights | 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Schedule: Fri, Sat, Sun, Tues, Wed, Thurs (rotating pattern), every other weekend, every other holiday
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week (no daily guarantee)

Requirements:
• Less than 1 year ER experience accepted
• BLS, ACLS, PALS required
• TNCC required
• Must be comfortable working nights and rotating holiday/weekend coverage

Assignment Details:
• No call requirement
• Overtime starts after 40 hours/week
• Strong opportunity for early-career ER nurses

Compensation:
• All-Inclusive Rate: $95/hour
• Overtime Rate: All-Inclusive + $10

Facility:
Jefferson County Health Center
