Description

Prepare and arrange surgical equipment and instruments for procedures

Assist with patient positioning and maintain sterile field throughout surgery
Support surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and supplies
Perform sponge, needle, and instrument counts before and after surgeries
Maintain proper handling, cleaning, and sterilization of surgical equipment
Assist with a variety of surgical cases including orthopedic, neuro, vascular, and general procedures
Work in a fast-paced operating room environment with strong attention to detail

Charting system: Not specified CST (NBSTSA) or TS-C (NCCT) certification required Minimum 3 years of surgical tech experience preferred Experience required in ortho total joints, neuro spine, crani, vascular, and robotic cases Experience preferred in general, trauma, orthopedic, vascular, and urology procedures Current CPR certification required
