**Call requirements: No standing call. May be placed on call if volume supports but no more than the 48hrs of call-off time already in the standard contract

**Floating requirements: Mainly to MS only for patient assignments. May be floated to other units for tasking (only with existing competencies)

Job Description:

48hr weekly guarantees may be accommodated

Blocked scheduling requests may be accommodated. No week on/week off.

Number of beds in unit = 10 beds

Patient ratio = 1:10 (swing patients only)

Scope of role: Provide nursing care for up to 10 inpatient rehab (Swing) patients. May absorb med-surg patients if swing volume drops. These patients require less nurse-intensive care than traditional med-surg patients but nothing different from a skill standpoint.

Scrub color = Any solid color 

EMR = MedHost

Description/ Requirements:

1-2YRS+ Exp Working in Specialty 

1-2YRS+ Exp Working Only in Acute Care Setting 

ACTIVE BLS (AHA)
