Description

Travel LPN – MedSurg (Night Shift)

Position Details:

Position: Travel LPN – MedSurg
Contract Length: 10 Weeks (Possible Extension)
Shift: 3 x 12-hour Night Shifts (36 hours/week)
Schedule: May include every weekend and occasional additional shifts as needed

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality patient care on the MedSurg unit
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient conditions and document care accurately
Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and healthcare team members
Assist in the Emergency Room when needed (ER experience is a plus but not required)

Requirements:

Active LPN License
Previous MedSurg experience preferred
Strong clinical and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
ER experience is beneficial but not required

Housing:

On-site housing accommodations are available, with rooms located within the hospital for traveler convenience.

They were really quick about getting me a contract.

Cons

Staff constantly switched. My documents weren't sent to the school, resulting in a months lost pay. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get on touch with anyone to answer questions. I have been attempting to reach them for over a month with absolutely no response! They lose paperwork (tests, immunizations, background checks and fingerprints) resulting in even more lost work.
