o Day Shift – outpatient 0800-1600 M-F
o Night Shift – N/A
· Patient Ratios – N/A
· Type of equipment – Desk work with proficient MediTech and Microsoft capabilities needed
· EMR -Meditech, TransChart, PatientKeeper

Skill Set Most recruited for:
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
· -They do not have to have transplant experience since this is outpatient. We need someone willing to jump in and help! Active RN license required
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
· Two (2) or more years of transplant experience
· Worked with United Network of Organ Sharing (UNOS)
· Organ Procurement Organization (OPO) experience
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
· Primarily a desk job with needed computer skills
· Potential clinic days with rooming and assessing patients
· WebEx meetings PRN
Best personality Fit:
· Flexibility in patient assignments (pre, waitlist, and/or post solid organ transplant patients). Maintains caring and compassionate demeanor while caring for complex patient psychosocial needs.
