·         Number of Staff – acute care   average at 7 need to be at 14 gap of  7. IRU 4 gap of 3

·         Type of staff           X Day Shift – (example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters)

 

·         Patient Ratios (ESTIMATED)– 1 therapist 12-14 pts

·         Type of equipment -

·         EMR - Meditech

·         Inpatient Rehab acute care/ SNF

PT License
