Dental Assistant:

Location: 669 Agency Main St, Harlem, MT 59526

Shift: 8x5= 40hrs/week

Key Responsibility:

• Assisted dentists during examinations, restorative procedures, extractions, and other dental treatments.
• Prepared treatment rooms, instruments, and dental materials for patient procedures.
• Sterilized and maintained dental instruments and equipment according to infection control and OSHA standards.
• Took and processed dental radiographs (X-rays) following safety protocols.
• Recorded patient medical histories, vital signs, and treatment information in electronic dental records.
• Provided chairside assistance, patient education, and post-procedure care instructions.
• Scheduled patient appointments and coordinated patient flow within the dental clinic.
• Maintained inventory of dental supplies, equipment, and clinical materials.
• Assisted with preventive dental care procedures including cleanings, sealants, and fluoride treatments.
• Ensured compliance with HIPAA, infection prevention, and clinic safety regulations while delivering compassionate patient care.
