Description

Required Experience

Minimum 18 months of ED experience
Recent ED experience within the last 6 months
Medical-Surgical experience required
Telemetry experience required
Experience treating patients of all ages
Ability to handle high-acuity emergency and trauma cases
Strong patient assessment and prioritization skills

Education

ASN Required
BSN Preferred

Required Certifications

NJ RN License or Compact RN License
BLS (AHA)
ACLS
PALS

Facility Expectations

ED/Inpatient Holding Unit
Float as needed
Fast-paced emergency environment
Must be comfortable with emergency, trauma, Med-Surg, and Telemetry patients.
