Unit: 6E Inpatient Rehab
Building: Main Hospital
General Information
Unit Specifics:
· Number of Beds : 28
· Patient Ratios : 4-6 on caseload. Treat 3-4 patients a day on average. Occasionally 5 patients.
· Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : 2 therapy techs during the week, 1 on the weekends
· Type of equipment : hi-low mats, Nustep, II bars, steps, balls, weights, car simulator, Bioness L200 and H300, BITS interactive computer system
· Documentation system: Meditech
· Scheduling requirements: M-F 830-5 (start and end times are flexible, but 8hrs is standard) and 2 weekends during 13 weekend assignment (added to the rotation with regular staff -would have 2 other days off during week)
· Floating policy: No floating
· Patient Experience requirements: 1 year

Requested Skill Set: Experience with inpatient rehab and the Care Tool preferred
