Tell us about the unit(s):
· Number of Beds - 28
· Number of Staff – Full time Therapy staff ( 4 PT and 1 PTA, 4 OT and 2 COTA, 2 Techs) PRN: 3 SLP and 25 PRN OT/PT staff
· Type of staff:
o Day Shift – NURSING ( DEPENDS ON CENSUS) 1 TO 2 PCT, 14 FULLTIME THERAPY STAFF
o Night Shift -
· Patient Ratios – PT AND OT: 4 TO 6 PER DAY. SLP : DEPENDS ON REFERRALS : 6 TO 8( 30 TO 45 MINUTES SESSIONS).
· Type of equipment – VITAL STIM, BIONESS, PNEUVEST. BITS VISUAL AND COGNITIVE PROGRAM
· EMR - MEDITECH
