Talent4Health is seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Position Details:
• Specialty: Behavioral Health – Inpatient
• Location: Grand Rapids, MI 49548
• Start Date: 07/20/2026
• Duration: 13 Weeks
• Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
• Schedule: 3x12s
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week
• Every Other Weekend Required
• No Call
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 Years of Behavioral Health Experience
• Pediatric Behavioral Health Experience Required
• Active Michigan RN License
• BLS Certification
• EPIC Experience Preferred

Responsibilities:
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams
• Provide patient and family education
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Support a safe therapeutic environment

• Block Scheduling Not Approved
• Additional shifts may be available, potentially up to 48 hours per week
• Active Michigan RN License required at submission
