Facility Name: Ottumwa Regional Medical Center (IA)

Floor: Acute Rehabilitation
• Role (RN, Tech, LPN, PT, etc.): RN
• Specialty: Inpatient rehab
• Number of Openings: 1
• Shift: 7p-7a
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 or 48
• Weekend Hours: every other
• Call Requirements: No
• Required Certifications: BLS
• Years of Experience: 1-2
• Float Requirements: MedSurg as needed

• Additional Notes: will need at least 1 year Acute experience

Unit Information:

• Number of Beds: 13
• Patient Ratios: 1 RN to 6
• Equipment: lift equipment
• EHR: Meditech

• Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: Adult; Geriatric;

Hiring Profile:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: Active RN license
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: travel experience preferred not required, will accept MedSurg experience, LTAC,
• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Neuro, trauma, burn, gait training/strengthening, wound vac
