Description
Lactation RN (IBCLC/CLC)
Schedule: 32 Hours/Week | 8-Hour Day Shifts
Requirements: Every Other Weekend (EOW) & Every Other Holiday (EOH)
Required Qualifications:
- Active RN License (Massachusetts)
- 1–2 years of RN experience
- 1–2 years of Lactation RN experience
- Current AHA BLS & NRP certifications
- Current IBCLC or CLC certification
- EPIC experience preferred
- Previous travel experience preferred
Responsibilities:
- Provide lactation education, assessment, and support to postpartum patients and families
- Assist with breastfeeding initiation, management, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to support maternal and newborn care
- Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC EMR
