Both Local and Travel:

Registered Nurse - Step Down (Nursing)

Registered Nurse - Progressive Care (Nursing)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia
Facility: Grady Memorial Hospital
Start Date: 07/20/2026
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights (36hrs &48hrs both open)
Guaranteed Hours: 36
On call: No
Patient ratio: 1 to 4
Type of patients: Sepsis, Heart Failure, Hypertensive emergency, respiratory failure, COPD, chronic kidney disease, TDM2, substance abuse, encephalopathy. Heparin Drips.

Must Have:

Active RN License
Certification: ACLS, BLS
Driver's License
Min of 2 years of recent experience within specialty.

Pay Package:

W2 (Hourly): $20/hr
Stipend (weekly): $1,331
Weekly gross (36hrs): $2,051
Weekly gross (48hrs): $2,291
