📍 Travel Inpatient Pharmacist Opportunity – Little Rock, AR

Position: Inpatient Pharmacist
Facility: Arkansas Children's Hospital
Location: Little Rock, Arkansas
Start Date: 07/20/2026
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights | 12-Hour Shifts
Hours: 36 Hours/Week
Schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (7 on / 7 off rotation)

- W2 Pay Rate: $47.00/hr
- OT Pay Rate: $70.50/hr
- Weekly Taxable Wage: $1,692.00
- Weekly Non-Taxable Per Diem: $1,246.00
- Total Weekly Gross Pay Package: $2,938.00

- Active Pharmacist License
- Minimum 2 years of Inpatient Pharmacy experience
- IV Experience (2+ years) or IV Certification required
- Pediatric hospital experience preferred
- Strong clinical and medication management skills
- Previous travel experience not required
🏥 Job Responsibilities
- Review and verify medication orders
- Prepare and dispense medications in an inpatient setting
- Perform IV admixture and sterile compounding
- Monitor medication therapy and ensure patient safety
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams
- Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and hospital policies

Cons
Staff constantly switched. My documents weren't sent to the school, resulting in a months lost pay. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get on touch with anyone to answer questions. I have been attempting to reach them for over a month with absolutely no response! They lose paperwork (tests, immunizations, background checks and fingerprints) resulting in even more lost work.
