Occupational Therapist - SNF/LTCLocation: Brookings, OregonSchedule / Job Type: Travel with SNF experience. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ functional abilities related to daily living activities (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs).</li><li>Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve motor skills, cognitive function, and independence.</li><li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure holistic management.</li><li>Document patient progress accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards.</li><li>Educate patients and families on therapeutic strategies and adaptive equipment to support ongoing recovery and independence.</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Oregon.</li><li>Minimum of 6 months of experience in SNF or LTC settings.</li><li>Strong clinical skills, particularly in geriatrics and long-term care.</li><li>Excellent communication, assessment, and documentation skills.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Preferred Experience / Skills:<ul><li>Experience with geriatric populations in skilled nursing or long-term care facilities.</li><li>Knowledge of regulatory requirements for SNF/LTC settings.</li></ul>
