Position Details

• Monday through Friday schedule.
• Day shift hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

• Work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Required Experience

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program.
• Experience providing physical therapy treatments in accordance with established plans of care.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

Required Certifications

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License (or ability to obtain).
• Additional facility-specific certifications not specified.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy interventions according to the supervising PT's plan of care.
• Assist patients in restoring mobility, improving functional abilities, and achieving rehabilitation goals.
• Document patient treatments, progress, and responses to therapy.
• Assist with patient and family education, including home exercise programs.
• Communicate patient status and treatment outcomes to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and infection control guidelines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support patient care
