Locum Neurosurgery PA/NP Opportunity – Tampa, FL
🚨 Immediate Need | Neurosurgery PA/NP (First Assist) 🚨
💰 $110–$130/hr
📍 Tampa, Florida
🏥 Inpatient Setting | St. Joseph's Hospital
📅 ASAP Start | Ongoing Assignment
Join a well-established, high-volume neurosurgery team consisting of 5 Neurosurgeons and 4 APPs at a 600+ bed Level II Adult & Pediatric Trauma Center.
Position Highlights:
- Inpatient rounding and call coverage
- 40 hours/week
- Schedule: M–F with weekend call or 7-on/7-off option
- Call rotation shared among APP team (1:4/5 nights and weekends)
- Adult and pediatric patient population
- Cerner EMR
- Long-term ongoing coverage
Requirements:
✅ Active Florida License
✅ Board Certified PA or NP
✅ Minimum 2 years Neurosurgery experience OR First Assist experience
✅ Available for at least 2 weeks per month
