Description
Position Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience required
- First-time travelers are not accepted
- Must be comfortable floating to all assigned units, including the ED
- Patient Ratios: Up to 1:7 in Medical-Surgical
Schedule Requirements
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
- Call Requirement: None
- Schedule Flexibility Required
- Due to float pool coverage, travelers must be flexible with facility scheduling
- No schedule requests will be requested, approved, or accommodated
- Floating: Required within the facility and scope of practice
Required Certifications
- BLS – Required
- ACLS – Required

Cons
Staff constantly switched. My documents weren't sent to the school, resulting in a months lost pay. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get on touch with anyone to answer questions. I have been attempting to reach them for over a month with absolutely no response! They lose paperwork (tests, immunizations, background checks and fingerprints) resulting in even more lost work.
