Description
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 40 Hours/Week | Variable Shifts
Expected Hours per Shift: 8
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Required)
• Active Montana RN License
• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience and/or health teaching experience
• Minimum 1 year of education/training in administrative, management, and leadership principles
• Neurosurgical ICU experience required
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's Degree in Nursing
• Clinical Nurse Educator or Staff Development experience
• Nursing Professional Development Certification or specialty certification
• AHA Instructor Certification, TNCC, ENPC, NRP, S.T.A.B.L.E., or TeamSTEPPS
certifications
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing education and professional development programs
• Coordinate orientation, preceptorship, transition-to-practice programs, simulations, and competency validation
• Serve as a nurse planner for continuing nursing education programs
• Promote evidence-based practice and support nursing professional development initiatives
• Provide education and training for health system employees

Cons
Staff constantly switched. My documents weren't sent to the school, resulting in a months lost pay. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get on touch with anyone to answer questions. I have been attempting to reach them for over a month with absolutely no response! They lose paperwork (tests, immunizations, background checks and fingerprints) resulting in even more lost work.
