Exciting Opportunity with PediaStaff: Occupational Therapist – OT in the Port Angeles, WA area needed for the remainder of this school year through 2027!
 
PediaStaff is a trusted leader in pediatric therapy and educational staffing solutions, connecting passionate professionals with rewarding school-based and clinic opportunities since 2004. We're currently seeking dedicated Occupational Therapist ($56-$60/hour) to support preschool and elementary students in the Port Angeles, WA area for the remainder of the 25-26 school year as well as the upcoming school year.

Qualifications: 

• Valid Washington State Occupational Therapist License 

Role Overview:
As an OT you will help students develop fine motor skills, adapt to physical or cognitive challenges, or access appropriate educational tools and techniques. This role offers the opportunity to work with young learners in a supportive school environment while making a lasting impact on their development.

Job Details:   

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 
• Dates:  ASAP-End of 25-26 School Year and 26-27 School Year
• Hours: 8:00am-2:00pm
• Setting:  Elementary and Preschool are 2 areas of need
• In-person only

Key Responsibilities:  

• Assist in the assessment of students' needs and abilities under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Implement individualized therapy plans to improve students' fine motor skills, sensory processing, and coordination
• Work closely with teachers, administrators, and other specialists to create supportive learning environments tailored to students' unique needs.
• Contribute to the development of IEPs by offering insights on motor development, sensory needs, and appropriate accommodation or modifications.
