Description

Job Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training.
Assess strength, balance, gait, range of motion, and functional abilities.
Educate patients and families on rehabilitation goals and home exercise programs.
Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams.

Required Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Active Physical Therapist license (state-specific requirements apply).
BLS Certification.
