Description

We are seeking an experienced Stroke Coordinator RN to support a healthcare facility's stroke program and assist with ongoing survey readiness, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement initiatives.

Required

Active California RN License
Current BLS Certification
Minimum 2 years of Stroke Coordinator experience
Previous experience managing or coordinating a Stroke Program
Experience with survey readiness and regulatory compliance
Experience with Joint Commission Stroke Certification
Quality Improvement and Performance Improvement experience
Data collection and outcome reporting experience
Acute Care Hospital experience.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience serving as a Stroke Coordinator and a strong understanding of stroke program management, accreditation standards, performance improvement, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
