Join a high-performing Labor & Delivery team, a busy and well-equipped facility known for delivering exceptional maternal care. This is a 32-bed L&D unit supported by a strong team of 150+ staff members, designed to provide a collaborative and patient-centered environment.

Unit Size: 32 Beds
Patient Ratio: 1:1 – 1:2
Staffing Model: Charge + Co-Charge Nurse every shift
EMR System: Meditech
Equipment: Novii, JADA, Fetal Pillow, IUPC, FSE, Toco, Ultrasound

👩‍⚕️ Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Labor & Delivery RNs to join the Transition Team, supporting a high-volume unit with diverse and complex cases. This role is ideal for confident nurses who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy working with advanced technologies.

✅ Requirements (Must-Have)

Active RN License (TX or Compact)
2+ years of recent L&D experience
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, STABLE
Intermediate Fetal Monitoring (EFM)
Strong competency in:
- Sterile Vaginal Exams (SVE)
- C-Section Circulation
- Labor support and emergency response

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

Internal fetal monitor placement experience
Previous HCA facility experience
Experience in Level IV / high-volume L&D units

Spontaneous Vaginal Deliveries (SVD)
C-Sections
Cerclage procedures
TOLAC (Trial of Labor After Cesarean)
