Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to provide high-quality critical care in a fast-paced acute care environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with advanced cardiac and critical care patients, including CRRT, IABP, ventilator management, and hypothermia protocols. This position requires a team-oriented nurse who is comfortable floating within critical care settings as needed.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive care to critically ill adult patients
Manage ventilated patients and advanced respiratory therapies
Monitor and manage CRRT/CVVHD, IABP, and cardiac drips
Administer continuous IV sedation and procedural sedation
Interpret cardiac rhythms and respond to critical changes in patient condition
Assist with line insertions, intubations, and other bedside procedures
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Document patient care accurately in EPIC

Requirements Active RN License Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required EPIC experience required Travel experience required First-time travelers will not be considered
