Location: Overlook Medical Center, Summit, NJ

End Date: 09/19/2026
Schedule: 3x12 Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Hours: 36 hours/week

Job Description:
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans for assigned patients.
• Deliver high-quality critical care nursing services within the Cardiac Care Unit (CCU).
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide evidence-based patient care.
• Participate in Shared Governance initiatives to support a healing and patient-centered environment.
• Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in patient conditions in a fast-paced acute care setting.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation using electronic medical records.
• Demonstrate Atlantic Health System’s PRIDE values: Professionalism, Respect, Involvement, Dignity, and Excellence.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, patient safety standards, and quality initiatives.
• Utilize strong computer and communication skills to support clinical operations.

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of Critical Care RN experience in a hospital setting.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (Required).
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Preferred).
• Active New Jersey RN License (Required).
• BLS Certification (Required).
• ACLS Certification (Required).
