Job Title: Registered Nurse – Progressive Care / Telemetry (Registry)
Location: Pompton Plains, NJ
Start Date: 07/14/2026
End Date: 07/10/2027
Schedule: Night Shift – 3x12 Hours (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Hours: 36 hours/week
Commitment: Must be willing to work up to 3 shifts per week

Job Description:
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including collecting health history and reviewing prior medical records.
• Complete admission assessments within established timelines and coordinate required consults based on patient criteria.
• Develop, implement, and continuously update individualized patient care plans based on clinical status and patient needs.
• Deliver age-appropriate care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations using evidence-based nursing practices.
• Assess and address developmental, psychosocial, educational, discharge, and self-care needs throughout hospitalization.
• Monitor patient progress and initiate timely nursing interventions to support desired outcomes.
 

Requirements:
• Active New Jersey RN License (Required)
• BLS Certification (Required)
• ACLS Certification (Required)
• PCCN Certification (Preferred)
• 1–2 years of Cardiac/Telemetry nursing experience
• 1–2 years of Acute Care experience
• Basic dysrhythmia interpretation experience required
• BSN preferred or currently enrolled in a BSN program
