Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide respiratory care in Adult Critical Care and Emergency Department settings
- Manage ventilators (Servo I), including setup, monitoring, troubleshooting, and weaning
- Perform airway management: intubation assist, extubation, tracheostomy care, suctioning, oxygen therapy (HFNC, BiPAP, CPAP)
- Administer respiratory medications via MDI, nebulizers, and aerosol systems (e.g., Albuterol, Atrovent, Pulmicort, Xopenex)
- Interpret ABGs and assist with respiratory diagnostics and trauma care (EtCO₂ monitoring)
- Support bronchoscopy procedures and pulmonary hygiene activities
- Collect sputum specimens and maintain airway clearance protocols
- Document care using Meditech EMR system

Staff constantly switched. My documents weren't sent to the school, resulting in a months lost pay. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get on touch with anyone to answer questions. I have been attempting to reach them for over a month with absolutely no response! They lose paperwork (tests, immunizations, background checks and fingerprints) resulting in even more lost work.
