Description
Join the Cross Country Education team in making an impact this summer! We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Physical Therapist to support K–8 students, collaborate with a great team, and enjoy a fulfilling morning-focused summer schedule for the upcoming Extended School Year (ESY) program in Norwalk, CT.
Position Overview:
- Provide school-based physical therapy services to a caseload of K–8 students with a variety of physical, developmental, and mobility needs.
- Assess and support students' gross motor skills, functional mobility, and access to the educational environment to help them achieve their individualized goals.
- Collaborate effectively with educators, summer staff, and families to implement specialized interventions and ensure continuity of care during a morning-focused schedule.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree or higher in Physical Therapy
- Active Connecticut Physical Therapist License
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting (Preferred)
