Outpatient Physical Therapy (Mixed patient population)
No double booking
No overlapped patients
60 minute evaluations
40 minute follow ups
Clinicians do not need to schedule or perform insurance operations
Productivity goal is 70% (2.7 units per hour with evaluations weighted based on complexity)
