Position Description
Call requirements are every 6-7 weeks for one week at night from 5pm-8am and that weekend. We do not make night visits from this office.

·         Scrub Color(s) Nursing- Navy blue or navy/ white; therapy- business casual

·         Number of Beds : 100 patients in this branch

·         Patient Ratios : 5-6 patients per day

·         Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : home health

·         Type of equipment : n/a

·         Documentation system: HCHB

·         Scheduling requirements: Mon-Friday days

·         Floating policy:

·         Patient Experience requirements: home health experience and hospice experience for nursing/ home health experience for therapy

Must have: home health/ hospice experience for nursing for the Franklin/ Macon county area. Active RN license
