Description

Pride Health is seeking dedicated Hospice Registered Nurses to join our client's growing hospice team across multiple locations in West Virginia.

Local Pay rate: $50.00 to $59.00 an Hour (W-2)

Travel Pay: Gross weekly $2550.00

 

Patient Care Setting: Hospice

Minimum Education Requirement: Associate degree

Schedule details (hours per day/week): 8 hours per day/5 days per week

Productivity expectations: 5 Visits Per Day

On Call/Weekend Requirement: Yes, Rotating Call

Shift schedule (days, start & end times): 8Am-5PM, Mon-Fri with call

Will Milage be reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient (Y/N)? Y

What are the top responsibilities for this position? (Please be as detailed as possible): Face-to-face hospice care at the RN level for patients in a residential or facility setting.

Must have qualifications/experience: At least 2 years of RN experience, WV-eligible RN licensure; Basic Life Support certified

What skills/attributes are nice to have, and will set a candidate apart? HCHB knowledge. Hospice or home care experience.
