Description
Registered Nurse (RN) – Outpatient Infusion Center
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join a busy Outpatient Infusion Center. The ideal candidate will have recent outpatient infusion experience and be proficient in administering both oncology and non-oncology infusion therapies. Candidates with experience using Aria and Cerner systems are highly preferred.
Schedule
- Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Friday: 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM
- 40 hours per week
- No weekends
- No holidays
- No on-call requirements
Compensation & Hours
- Overtime paid after 40 hours worked in a week
- Hours are not guaranteed
Required Qualifications
- Active Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Current BLS Certification
- Current ONS ONCC Chemotherapy & Immunotherapy Certificate (required)
Required Experience
- Recent outpatient infusion nursing experience
- Experience administering infusion medications in an ambulatory/outpatient setting
Preferred Experience
- Oncology infusion experience
- Non-oncology infusion experience
- Experience with Aria oncology software
- Experience with Cerner electronic health record system
Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented infusion nurse with strong IV therapy skills, experience managing a variety of infusion treatments, and the ability to provide safe, compassionate patient care in an outpatient setting. Candidates with both oncology and non-oncology infusion backgrounds will be highly competitive.
