Description
UNIT DETAILS: These positions will be hospital float pool staff and will be expected to float throughout the hospital including the Emergency Department, ER hold, Medical Surgical, Telemetry, Stepdown/PCU. Primary location for this job will be in the ER hold area.
FLOATING: This is a FLOAT POOL POSITION - Ratios up to 1:7 in Med-Surg
WEEKEND: Every Other
CALL: None
SCHEDULE REQUEST: CANDIDATE MUST BE FLEXIBLE **No Block Schedule Requests**
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 2 years - Unit accepts first time travelers
RTO: MAX 7 days
Local accepted at same rate.

Cons
Staff constantly switched. My documents weren't sent to the school, resulting in a months lost pay. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get on touch with anyone to answer questions. I have been attempting to reach them for over a month with absolutely no response! They lose paperwork (tests, immunizations, background checks and fingerprints) resulting in even more lost work.
