Required Qualifications

✅ Minnesota Physical Therapist License 

✅ BLS (AHA)

✅ Physical Therapy degree and licensure requirements per state regulations

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans
• Deliver physical therapy programs to improve mobility, strength, and function
• Relieve pain and prevent deformities
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs
• Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress
• Modify treatment plans based on patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with departmental, state, and regulatory standards

• All clinicians must badge in and out
• If the candidate previously worked for Sanford Health, they must have been separated for at least 6 months
• Local radius: 80 miles
• Local candidates accepted at adjusted rates
