*MUST HAVE MINIMUM 13 WEEKS EPIC EXPERIENCE*

Must have inpatient rehab experience or Med Surg. 70% of patient cases come referred from Trauma Center.

---50-bed acute inpatient rehabilitation facility located on the east side of Madison, Wisconsin. Our rehabilitation hospital offers specialized programs for people who have experienced stroke, brain and spinal-cord injuries, amputations, complex orthopedic injuries and other conditions requiring inpatient rehabilitative services. Our goal is to help patients achieve their highest level of recovery with a goal of returning home as soon as able.

Position Information:

• Facility Department/Cost Center: Rehab
• Role (RN, Tech, LPN, PT, etc.): RN/LPN
• Specialty: Inpatient Rehab
• Shift: 12s- 630p to 700a
• Weekend Hours: every other weekend and holiday rotations
• Call Requirements: yes
• Required Certifications: BLS
• Years of Experience: 1+ year of nursing experience in skilled nursing or other 24/7 skilled care environment.

***Preferred: med Surg or inpatient rehabilitation experience related to patient acuity

Unit Information:

• Number of Beds: 49
• Patient Ratios: 1:7
• Equipment: Mobility equipment to include ceiling lifts, Sara Stedy and Sara Plus plus, slide boards, vital machines, EKG machine, BGM, computers for charting.

• EHR: EPIC
