Position: Operating Room (OR) Circulator
Specialty: Nursing – Operating Room / Circulate
Facility: Cobre Valley Regional Medical Center
Location: Globe, Arizona
Job Type: Contract / Temporary

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Minimum Experience: 3 years
Required Certification: General Certifications (BLS/BCLS)

Pay & Hours

All-Inclusive Rate: $95.00/hour
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Overtime: After 40 hours/week
On-Call Pager Rate: $2.00/hour
Call-Back Minimum: 1 hour

Facility Requirements

Flu vaccine required — no exceptions.
100-mile radius rule — travelers with a permanent address within 100 miles of the hospital are not eligible.
RTO (Requested Time Off): Maximum of 3 days per 13-week contract.
Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts during the assignment; guaranteed hours do not apply to those canceled shifts.
