Compensation & Hours

• All-Inclusive Rate: $95.00/hour
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
• On-Call Pager Rate: $5.00/hour
• Call-Back Minimum: 2 hours
• Call-Back Rate: 1.5× all-inclusive rate (time-and-a-half)
• Holiday Rate: 1.5× all-inclusive rate (time-and-a-half)
• Overtime: After 40 hours/week
• Overtime Rate: All-inclusive rate + $10/hour

• Certifications Required: BLS/BCLS
