Requirements
✅ Minimum 3 years of Acute Care Respiratory Therapy experience
✅ Experience with ventilator management and ABG interpretation
✅ Strong knowledge of cardiopulmonary physiology and respiratory equipment
✅ Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians and nursing staff

Certifications & Licensure
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS
- NRP
- Current RQI Provider certification and competency
- Current California Respiratory Care Practitioner License
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapy Technician (CRTT) certification through NBRC
- California Class C Driver's License (if required by assignment)
