- Local rates apply within 80 miles or if using GSS housing
- # beds: 58.
- Ratios: 1:20 day 1:58 night.
- EMR: PCC.
- Weekend Requirement: min q 3rd, more if needed.
- Holidays: min q 3rd , more if needed.
- Shifts (8s or 12s): 12.
- Location specific orientation: 1-2 shifts if arrive on time.
- Common diagnosis / Types of patients: rehab, dementia, 1-2 assist.
